These terms govern your use of the Stoia website — the content, calculators, and waitlist at getstoia.com ("the Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. The Stoia application, when it launches, will be governed by its own terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site and its free tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at abusive volume, or misrepresenting your identity when joining the waitlist.

Everything on this Site — articles, calculators, comparisons, and examples — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers and assumptions you enter. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves nothing and obligates neither party: it signs you up for launch-related email updates, which you can leave at any time. Early-adopter pricing referenced on the Site describes our current plans and will be confirmed at launch.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and the Stoia name and logo are owned by Stoia. You may link to and quote the Site with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions or use our branding without permission.

Third-party references

The Site mentions third-party products and services (for example, other finance apps and their prices) for comparison purposes. Those references were accurate to the best of our knowledge when published, may change, and imply no endorsement in either direction. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stoia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100.

Changes; governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.
